I am the most powerful being in the Universe

We can all say this about ourselves, and we MUST, but most of all, we must believe it.

Why is it true, that “I am the most powerful being in the Universe”? The answer is two fold, and quite simple.

Meaning

At the center of each one of our lives is our mind. Our mind receives information through our senses: seeing, hearing, touching, smelling, tasting. The information then goes through an analysis based on our mindset, and we derive a meaning. At the simplest of levels, we experience something as good or bad, and as a result, we live the experience as so.

Everything we experience in the world is a result of our interpretation of the experience. This is a very powerful position to be in because if we change our mindset, and hence our interpretation, we can change the experience of the experience from bad to good.

Creating

On the other side of the equation, is the Law Of Attraction. The Law Of Attraction states that we attract to us what we hold to be true in our minds.

So, if you believe that people are all out to get you, then that is the experience you will attract into your life.

If we want to change what we attract into our lives, the we need to change our mindset. This again is a very powerful position to be in.

And so…

Simply stated, we attract and interpret the experiences of our lives based on our mindset. In other words, we are creating our lives in every sense. This is true, whether you believe it or not.

Our unlimited power lies in the fact that we can change and reprogram our mindsets at will. Therefore, we can create any life we want.

If you’re not experiencing the life that you want, it’s because your mindset is not attuned to that life. All you have to do is change your mindset.

So, start by saying and believing that: “I am the most powerful being in the Universe.”

No to Resolutions: do this instead…

Now that the craziness of the holidays is over, it’s a great time to reflect on what you want to create for 2019.

Many of us create new year’s resolutions, but have you noticed that they don’t work? Most of us forget about them after 1 week!

Here’s something that you can do that is way more effective and fun: set a theme for the year.

A theme is like having rose colored classes when you look and experience life. It paints everything that you experience with your theme, and as a result you see more of it and experience all the benefits of it.

For example, if you set your theme as “Joy” or alternatively “Happy, happy, joy, joy”, then as you go about your day, you see moments that might not have seemed joyful on first view, but now, and because of your theme, you do.

To ensure that you experience your theme fully, ensure that it gets to your subconscious. Make yourself a sign, “My Theme for 2019 is _______” and post it where you will see it all the time, like on the mirror in your bathroom, or in front of you when you sit at your desk.

Or, you can create a mission in you Mission Success app and create a daily, or even hourly for the first week, reminder.

A theme should be as concise as possible. A few choice words. Think of a person who inspires you and with one or two words, describe what it is about them that inspires you and that you want to reflect in your life. Perhaps “strong” or “confident” or “strong and confident”

One thing that your theme should not be is a goal, like to lose 10 pounds this year. In this instance, you can create a theme like “super health” or “super charged”.

Here are a few ideas for a theme:

  • Cinderella
  • Super hero
  • Just chillin’
  • Ha ha ha
  • Dancin’ to the music

So now’s your chance to make a difference in your life (or maybe you like your life the way it is).

In the same old Rut? Here’s the only way to get out, for good!

Ever tried stretching your horizons only to find yourself back in the same old rut within a year?  It’s quite common. It’s known as the safety zone and we tend to gravitate back to it.

The only way around the safety zone prison is to change your mindset at the root level.  I’m not talking about forcing a minset change, I’m talking about an easy and loving mindset change with PSYCH-K or any other energy psychology you might prefer.
